THE OLD BREWERY
HOLCOMBE, SOMERSET
Completion 2003

The project involved the rehabilitation and conversion
of the former Holcombe Brewery into 3 spacious courtyard family homes.

The brewery was first estabilished in 1800 but for the last 50 years had been used as a mechanical workshop for commercial vehicles.

The design strategy adopted in the conversion exploits to the maximum the grand nature of the original building to produce distinctive interior spaces for all 3 units.
