The building is the 3rd phase of a project for the same client on this dilapidated industrial estate in South Bermondsey for which McMorran and Gatehouse prepared a Master Plan in 2004.

The development comprises 25 units of live/ work units, residential units and artists studios over 5/6 storeys.

Clad in a mixture of glass, brick and lightweight panelling, the building is designed with an industrial esthetic as a lightweight counterpoint to the impressive late Victorian warehouse across the piazza
