ELF GARAGE SITE
BRIXTON HILL, LONDON

Located on the site of the former Elf petrol service station on a prominent site half way up Brixton Hill, this development comprises 25 one/two bedroom apartments with two ground floor retail units fronting the street.

The development is designed as a series of rendered vertical bays above a brick arcade. Projecting canopied living room windows are stacked to rise into the balconied slate mansard roof. The design aims to re-establish the handsome scale of the Brixton Hill approach into London with its series of large residential
blocks of flats acting as a counterpoint to Rush Common on the oppositeside of the road
.
