Working extremely closely with the governing body, staff and pupils, the practice is currently developing a strategic master plan for the school. Rosemead have recently acquired a former church building on a site nearby but not adjoining the main school building.

The key element for the master plan is therefore to devise a strategy for conversion of the new building which reinforces the school's central ethos of "Two Sites, One School".
